The Yad Sarah organization was founded in order to meet the needs of those with functional problems and special needs of all ages. Services offered by the organization include: lending of medical-rehabilitation equipment, emergency call service, frameworks for special needs children, etc. EAPC purchased 10 wheelchairs, three beds and three hoists for the Ashkelon branch.
