The Yachdav Association was set up in 1999 to expand and advance the social services that exist in southern Israel. The association runs, initiates and develops social services projects, provides solutions to a large and diverse group of people in the south, and operates dozens of community programs including programs for children and youth at risk, programs for people with special needs, programs dealing with addiction and domestic violence, occupational programs, etc. EAPC helps promote the activities of the Inbal Center , a treatment center for child and youth victims of sexual assault, which operates under the auspices of the Yachdav Association.
