Founded in Ashkelon in the summer of 1986, the Bet Dekel hostel is a community hostel open to adolescents, and accommodates 16 teenagers aged 14 to 18. The hostel provides a framework that prepares the adolescents for life, and combines education, care and rehabilitation, and affords an opportunity and the chance to bring about a significant change in their lives. The association also helps the youth adapt to social norms, in a warm, family and supportive atmosphere. EAPC has donated surfing lessons to the youth in the association.
