Established in 2005 by a group of parents for children with special needs. The founding parents, well acquainted from personal experience about all the challenges a family faces in bringing up a special child, decided to create the ultimate address to consolidate all the resources, training and options available to other parents from all parts of the country. EAPC helps to fund the integration of male and female youth with special needs from Eilat in their military service.
