Gulf Rangers

The Gulf Rangers youth club was established in 2004 by the Eilat environmental nonprofit “the Society for Conservation of the Red Sea Environment”. The club’s activity was designed to convey Red Sea environmental issues to the next generation in the belief that education and awareness are key to environmental conservation. The club’s students meets once a week over the school year, listening to a broad variety of lectures, attending activities, going on excursions, and undertaking enrichment studies in whole range of subject areas: environmental studies in the Gulf of Eilat, social bonding, diving course, etc. EAPC has helped to fund various activities at the club.
