Chabad House was founded on the order of the Lubavitcher Rabbi to serve as an address in any Jewish matter. The House is open to every Jew, and anyone is invited to come and also to join in activities that benefit the community. EAPC has donated food baskets for the needy on the Passover to the Chabad House in Ashkelon.
